Steel & plating
It is treated with ‘Electroless Nickel Plating PTFE’. This luxurious treatment disperses particles of PTFE (Teflon) smaller than 1μm into the electroless nickel plating.
Electroless nickel plating can achieve a uniform film thickness through a reduction reaction and attain extremely high surface hardness. By applying heat treatment to the electroless nickel plating, we have achieved a hardness of about 600Hv, surpassing even stainless steel. It also excels in corrosion resistance, preventing blackening and rust.
By combining this with PTFE, it possesses ‘self-lubricating’ properties, exhibiting excellent sliding performance. As a result, the piston O-ring moves extremely smoothly, preventing heat sag due to continuous operation or high cycling.”
Acceleration hole start position: 43.6mm from the tip
This volume is commonly used in general M4 series with an inner barrel length of around 300mm. It is recommended if you want to keep the air volume the same but wish to upgrade to a better performing cylinder. This model also features acceleration holes instead of a taper, with two thin elliptical holes placed diagonally. The inside of the acceleration holes is finely finished, reducing the burden on the O-ring during passage.
Outer appearance is a bit rough cause lathed.
Internal surface is very beautiful to not happen any friction.
