30 Guren 1 – AEG Inner Barrel

Description

Guren is made of precise carbon steel & process  the HV500 Coat for the surface.
This plating reinforced a hardness of the sruface so achieve around HV500.
It’s better than stainless steel (from HV200 to 400)
It’ll be kept clean & beauty surface for long time.
Of course,it’s good for anti rust.

Guren 1 is simple design.
Single cut groove for AEG chamber & muzzle end has crown cut.
Low cost barrel series but its potential is enough for upgrading.

HOP window length 6mm
Muzzle end, add crown cut.

Using with R-hop rubber, we use square milling tool to be 90 degree on the bottom.
And the upper side,cut 45 degree to be soft for rubber.
Of course,you can use for Tokyo Marui AEG.

HOP rubber is mold injection, So it may happen small round for the edge inside.
Then you can’t push the barrel to the correct position so Guren made a bit bigger chamfer there.
So you can push the barrel to original position completely.

Dia. : 6.30mm
Outer Dia. :  8.55mm

Inner Dia. 6.30 is very large bore.
This is the largest bore in da Vinci lined up.
