05 Raizen – VSR-10 (VSR-ONE) BR Inner Barrel

Description

Raizen is made of precise stainless steel which was the finest quality in Japan.
We’ve used this material for 20 years to create the best barrel.

Raizen has a tapered muzzle end.
The tapered muzzle makes better accuracy & FPS.

Dia. : 6.05mm
Outer Dia. :  8.55mm

6.05mm is good balance, not too tight & too loose bore.
The material has a tolerance. Stainless steel is the most precise material. This material has +-0.005mm tolerance.
It’s the finest quality in Japan (I can say in the world)
Also Tokyo Marui original bore is approximately 6.08mm so compared to Marui, 6.05mm is a tight bore.
It has a little clearance between BB & wall. So BB is reduced touches of the wall when go through the barrel.
So less friction ＆ unnecessary spin , Consequently accuracy will be improved.

Bridged model (called BR)
We made No Bridged model since we’ve started da Vinci for VSR-10 inner barrel cause many palyers want us to make it for “R-HOP”
But recently some players want Marui original design.
So we made Bridged barrel as original design.

O-ring grooving
VSR-ONE has a O-ring grooving at front.

Tapered design
Raizen has a bigger tapered at front end.
This will make smooth airflow.

This grooving is only for VSR-ONE.

Marking Position
We engraved far from chamber end cause VSR system is unique and use HOP adjust bar.
When this bar move forward, and backward, the marking must be hidden.
We changed the position to see anytime when its bar moved.
