01 Raizen – VSR-10 (VSR-ONE) BR Inner Barrel

Description

Raizen is made of precise stainless steel which was the finest quality in Japan.
We’ve used this material for 20 years to create the best barrel.

Raizen has a tapered muzzle end.
The tapered muzzle makes better accuracy & FPS.

Dia. : 6.01mm
Outer Dia. :  8.55mm

6.01mm is the finest tight bore.
The material has a tolerance. Stainless steel is the most precise material. This material has +-0.005mm tolerance.
It’s the finest quality in Japan (I can say in the world) So we can achieve 6.01mm bore. If make under 6.01mm, it’s possible to stuck BB in the barrel cause BB outer dia is 5.95mm. Please imgae, BB was made by plastic so can’t keep good tolerance.
So we think 6.01mm is the best choice for the tight bore,
6.01mm gain the FPS to be less air leak.

Bridged model (called BR)
We made No Bridged model since we’ve started da Vinci for VSR-10 inner barrel cause many palyers want us to make it for “R-HOP”
But recently some players want Marui original design.
So we made Bridged barrel as original design.

O-ring grooving
VSR-ONE has a O-ring grooving at front.
Tapered design
Raizen has a bigger tapered at front end.
This will make smooth airflow.

This grooving is only for VSR-ONE.

Currently, inner barrels are being produced on multiple CNC machines, resulting in variations in the engraving position depending on the machine used for each production lot.
This is due to the strengths and limitations of each machine, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
