They are really professional finisher for airsoft.
Here ,we explain their process about removing burrs.
Tokyo Marui original barrel & some custom brand barrel has burrs
Some manufacturing barrel remain burrs.
They cut the cost for hand work.
So installed the plain barrel with burrs.
It may shoot BB but scratched BB apperance.
This damage will affect a bad control to BB.
So we need to remove all burrs.
We remove all burrs but especially these points finishing carefully.
The below illustration is focused HOP shape.
We introduce how to process removing burrs
1. da Vinci barrel’s burr tends to go inside.
After finishing by CNC,it remains burrs.
Especially around the HOP window,gets a big burrs.
2. Then we use a file(coated diamond).
In CNC program,we added cutting burrs action.
But we know automatic process is not perfect,so need to check and process by craftman.
They use a file which is coated diamond.
They treat the barrel surface softly.
3. Using file,the bottom gets rough surface.
At the bottom, some points get to be rough but we prefer no burr than remained burr there.

If remained burr,BB will be lost the sphere and get bad airflow.
So we must remove all burr before you get it.
You may feel da Vinci products are expensive.
Because we check the detail by ourself and finishing perfectly.
You will distinguish this brand is not regular brand !!
